Calefacción por estufas eléctrica y ventiladores para el verano. Se admiten animales y está permitido fumar. Aparcamiento en el interior de la villa para 3 coches. El carril para alcanzar a la villa está en bueno estado pero de costa como es normal en esta zona.

Living room with fireplace (wood available), satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD player available with CD music and games, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, 2 bedrooms with two beds each one with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bath. Electric heating stoves and fans for the summer. Pets and smoking is permitted. Parking inside the villa for 3 cars. The road to reach the villa is in good condition (it's paved) but as usual in this area have uphill road.

Le chemin d’accès à la villa est en bon état mais en pente dans toute cette zone.
